Belgravia European Property Fund

A private investor from the provence North Brabant purchased a luxury fitness- and sports complex from Belgravia European Property Fund in Veldhoven. The complex is leased by David Lloyd sports and health clubs. The purchase price amounts to € 9,750,000.

The David Lloyd Leisure Group operates 7 clubs in Holland, 3 others across Europe and 78 clubs in the United Kingdom. The complex is on a stone’s throw from the highway A2 and has a building size of approx. 9,000 sq.m. for the purpose of sport and leisure, offices and other facilities and approx. 26,500 sq.m. ground. In addition to the luxury fitness area, the complex has a royal indoor racquet center with 4 badminton fields, 4 squash- and 7 tennis courts, as well as 10 outdoor tennis courts, a swimming pool, sauna facilities, a large restaurant facility and a crèche.
