NL real estate has advised DPGS with several real estate topics in Amsterdam.

1. RE Netherlands Office has sold the office building “Heemstedeveste” located at Poeldijkstraat 4 in Amsterdam to a private investor.

The modern office building “Heemstedeveste” is a stand-alone building situated directly next to the A10 in Amsterdam West. The property consists of 5 floors with a total lettable floor area of approx. 5,711 sq.m. as well as abundant on-site parking facilities. The building is leased to Kluwer B.V., AGA International and Stijl Advocaten.

2. AGA International SA – before Mondial Verzekeringen – and Kluwer B.V. have each signed a lease agreement in office building ‘Heemstedeveste’ located at Poeldijkstraat 4 in Amsterdam. The landlord of this building is a private investor.

AGA International SA has extended its 3,200 sq.m. office space lease agreement and Kluwer B.V., a new tenant, has signed a lease agreement concerning approx. 650 sq.m. office space.

AGA International SA is the global leader of travel insurance, travel assistance and personal travel services. The organisation employs about 10,000 persons at 5 continents, in more than 28 countries.
 
Kluwer, the largest publisher in the Netherlands and provider of information, is part of Wolters Kluwer. Wolters Kluwer is worldwide active in more than 40 countries.
