Morley

Morley has acquired office building Busitel II located at Orlyplein in Amsterdam Sloterdijk from De Groene Groep Beleggingen B.V. for its European Property Fund. The office building has a size of approx. 12,500 sq.m. and is fully let to Deloitte and the Rijksgebouwendienst. The purchase price amounts to approximately € 34.6 mio.

This acquisition is the fourth acquisition of Morley's European Property Fund. Morley is part of the Aviva Group and is the largest property fund manager in Europe with approx. € 45 billion of funds under management.
