NL real estate guides end users in searching for, finding and acquiring premises. This process - possibly supplemented with a financial analysis - culminates in negotiations regarding rental and other conditions. The final result is the signing of a rental agreement for the most suitable building, on the most favourable terms. This process is comparable to the purchase process.
NL real estate advises lessees on the possible renegotiation of their existing rental agreement. We assess the rental agreement, which may involve checking the rent and, if necessary, initiating a market rent review by adjusting the term of the rental agreement, optimising financial concessions and adding flexibility. The renegotiation and rental processes can be executed simultaneously.
