As part of Knight Frank, we work closely together with the European Valuation Team to perform appraisals for our clients. Although this service is organised and coordinated centrally, we always combine it with local expertise and personal service in order to guarantee consistent reporting and high quality. Our appraisals are carried out by people who are actively and on a daily basis in contact with persons involved in commercial transactions.
