The organisation was founded by 3 business partners with years of experience at leading companies in real estate consultancy. NL real estate was founded in 2006 and is located at the Zuidas (South-axis) in Amsterdam. As of 2008, NL real estate is the Dutch associate office within the Global Knight Frank Network.
NL real estate specialises in advising end users/multinationals, developers, institutions, governments and (institutional) investors in buying/selling, renting/letting and realisation of commercial real estate. Our basis is a strongly client-oriented service whereby custom work is delivered due to thorough analysis of the premises, the development potential and the investment strategy.
