On behalf of our client, we have rented approximately 2,227 sqm on the 5th and 6th floors at Hogehilweg 21 in Amsterdam. Starting December 31st, Bergman will make its new home on the 5th floor, where they will establish themselves for the next 10 years.
Bergman Clinics specializes in diagnosing and treating internal conditions. We have had the pleasure of supporting and advising the landlord during this transaction.
On the 6th floor, Mentaal Beter will take up residence. Mentaal Beter helps children, adolescents, and adults regain resilience in life with both psychological and psychiatric assistance.
