Aberdeen sells logistics asset in Waddinxveen to Stoneweg

Stoneweg, on behalf of Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (“SERT”), has successfully completed the acquisition of Transportweg 23-25 in Waddinxveen from a fund managed by Aberdeen.

Transportweg 23-25 comprises a temperature-controlled logistics facility offering approximately 30,398 sq m of lettable floor area (90% warehouse / 10% office), situated on a spacious plot of around 70,000 sq m of freehold land. The main building (Transportweg 23) was extended and refurbished between 2018 and 2020, with solar panels installed on the roof in 2022. The asset holds an A+++++ energy label. Transportweg 25 was newly developed in 2022.
