Metropool in Amsterdam

In 2016–2017, this former municipal office was transformed into a multifunctional complex, comprising 7,400 sqm of office space, 6,100 sqm of hotel space, 550 sqm of archive space, and 450 sqm of retail space. The office section has been designed as a modern multi-tenant office building, spread over five floors, with a representative central entrance on the ground floor. Currently, the office area is leased to multiple tenants, including WeWork and Elephant.

The hotel is fully leased to the hotel chain ZOKU, a successful home-office hotel concept with an incubator-style approach. In addition to this flagship location in Amsterdam, ZOKU also operates in cities such as Copenhagen, Paris, and Vienna.
