Arrow Electronics B.V. moves to De Ring in Nieuwegein

Arrow Electronics B.V. has signed a long-term lease agreement for approximately 1,200 sq m of office space at De Ring Utrecht, located at Ringwade 31–41 in Nieuwegein. The company will occupy the first and second floors of Tower D and will also lease 70 parking spaces.

De Ring Utrecht is a strategically located, modern and sustainable office building situated along the Vaartsche Rijn, approximately a 10-minute drive from Utrecht Central Station. The ground floor and common areas of De Ring Utrecht have recently undergone a high-quality refurbishment. This included the renovation of the entrance and reception areas, further enhancing the overall quality and appearance of the building for both tenants and visitors. This investment in the quality of the building also contributed to the successful completion of this transaction.
