BTT Real Estate acquires large-scale development site in Oosterhout

BTT Real Estate has acquired the development site at Ambachtsweg 16 in Oosterhout. The transaction covers a strategically located plot of approximately 97,000 sq m on the Weststad business park, directly on the Wilhelminakanaal.

With its size, private quay and excellent location, the site is ideally suited for large-scale logistics redevelopment. It is also close to the Oosterhout Container Terminal, which is part of the West-Brabant Corridor and offers good inland shipping connections to the Port of Rotterdam.

Approximately 30,000 sq m of the site has since been sold on to BTT Real Estate's neighbour. On the remaining part, a new logistics complex of approximately 45,000 sq m will be developed. The permit application is expected to be submitted in [maand]. Completion is expected in mid-2027, and the new building will be available for lease.

NL Real Estate | Knight Frank advised the seller on the sale of the development site at Ambachtsweg 16 in Oosterhout to BTT Real Estate. The plot of approximately 97,000 sq m is on the Weststad business park, with its own quay on the Wilhelminakanaal and close to the Oosterhout Container Terminal.

Around 30,000 sq m has since been sold on to a neighbouring company. On the remaining land, BTT Real Estate will develop a logistics complex of approximately 45,000 sq m, due for completion in mid-2027. INDUSTRIAL real estate partners advised the buyer.
