The property comprises approximately 33,000 sqm, is situated on freehold land, and is located at Burgemeester Krollaan 2 and 4 in Gilze. In terms of sustainability, the building holds a BREEAM In-Use Very Good certification, and the office has an A++++ energy label.
We advised Delin Property commercially on the disposal, while CMS acted as legal advisor. The buyer, M&G, was advised commercially by Savills, legally by Hogan Lovells, and technically by Arcadis.
