Stoneweg Secures Major New Lease for Joan in Amsterdam

Stoneweg, on behalf of BGO, is proud to announce asignificant milestone for the office building Joan in Amsterdam. Ayvens in The Netherlands, a leader in vehicle leasing with a strong focus on sustainable mobility solutions, has signed a 10-year lease agreement. This brings Joan to a stabilized occupancy of approximately 75%.
This lease and the lease to Zorgapotheek earlier this year, follows the recent rebranding of the building to Joan and marks a new phase in its evolution as a high-quality and amenity rich workplacedestination. Since acquiring the property in the summer of 2024, BGO,together with its partner Stoneweg, has implemented a revised strategy aimed at attracting not only large tenants but also smaller, forward-thinking businesses. With approximately 6,000 square meters still available, Joan offersflexible leasing options starting from 400 square meters.
In collaboration with D/dock, significant enhancements are currently underway to expand the building’s shared amenities.These include new meeting rooms, increased lunch capacity, informal work spaces,an additional terrace, a bar, and relaxation areas — all designed to foster avibrant and future-ready work environment.
Joan is built with sustainability at its core,featuring a BREEAM Excellent certification, EPC label A++++, and energy-efficient building systems. “
