Remake has confirmed the acquisition of Prothya Biosolutions’ building in Amsterdam through a sale-and-leaseback transaction. The property is located in De Plantijn (Plesmanlaan 125), a rapidly developing medical urban hub in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, where healthcare, innovation and science converge.

Remake has confirmed theacquisition of Prothya Biosolutions’ building in Amsterdam through asale-and-leaseback transaction. Theproperty is located in De Plantijn (Plesmanlaan 125), a rapidly developingmedical urban hub in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, where healthcare, innovation andscience converge.
The building was originallydeveloped as a built-to-suit life sciences complex and comprises three separatebuilding sections. In total, it offers approximately 15,760 sqm LFA, includingoffice space, laboratories, and production and storage facilities. Atthis location, Prothya produces plasma-derived medicinal products under its ownbrand for use in immunology and critical care, and makes its knowledge andinfrastructure available to various partners.
The final operational andcontractual elements of this significant transaction were completed in 2025with the seller, Prothya Biosolutions which will lease back the complex on along-term basis. ForRemake, this represents its third acquisition in the Netherlands within 24months.
