The iconic bridge building on Parnassusweg in Amsterdam has a new name. Noon.
The former Vitrum building is being fully transformed into a modern, future-proof office building of over 14,270 m² at the intersection of the Zuidas and Amsterdam Zuid. Designed by cepezed, with an interior by HofmanDujardin and constructed by Dura Vermeer.
Noon will be Paris-Proof, BREEAM Outstanding certified and will achieve an EPC A++++ energy label. Flexible office floors ranging from approximately 1,900 to 4,500 m² make it suitable for both single- and multi-tenant use. Delivery is planned for the first half of 2028.
