WeWork stays at Metropool, Amsterdam!
We are pleased to share that, on behalf of landlord PingProperties, we negotiated a renewed lease agreement with WeWork at Metropool, located at Weesperstraat 61-105. Thanks to all parties involved for the pleasant collaboration.
With investments in sustainability, a new entrance, and an upgrade of the common areas, PingProperties is positioning Metropool for a sustainable future. Alongside WeWork, space is now also available at Metropool for conventional tenants:
- 4th floor: approx. 1,000 m²
- 3rd floor: approx. 1,100 m²
- 5th floor: approx. 900 m² — LET
